Mandate

The Nature Culture Working Group puts Pacific peoples, values and cultural knowledge at the centre of conservation action. It supports the integration of nature and culture in conservation programming, policy and community practice.

How the group works

The group connects cultural practitioners, conservation partners and PIRT members to share learning, develop resources and strengthen recognition of the relationship between nature and culture across the Pacific.
