Launched first national independent Biodiversity and Climate Fund; established standard operating procedures for the management and mobilization of financing derived from donations, biodiversity offset payments; created a broad multi-stakeholder self-perpetuating trust fund governing body constituted of civil society, private sector, and Government, including a robust Conflict of Interest policy.
